Paso Robles POA Endorses Dan Dow for District Attorney
“The Choice of Law Enforcement”
San Luis Obispo – The Paso Robles Police Officer’s Association has endorsed Deputy District Attorney Dan Dow for the position of District Attorney.
After Dan Dow spoke with Police Officers of the Paso Robles Police Department Police Officer’s Association (PRPOA), the membership overwhelmingly voiced their support for Dan Dow as the next District Attorney for San Luis Obispo County.
PRPOA President, Detective Tony Ruiz said, “Our PRPOA members asked Dan Dow tough questions about the future of our county. Our membership was pleased with what Dan Dow was presenting as his vision. I’m in agreement with the membership and support Dan Dow as the next San Luis Obispo District Attorney”.
Dow has demonstrated a commitment to serving both community and country. With close to two decades of military service and years of experience in the courtrooms of San Luis Obispo County, Dow is uniquely qualified to serve as District Attorney.
“I have worked with the police officers of Paso Robles almost every week throughout the course of my career, these officers serve on the front lines for the safety of our residents, and I am honored to have their support,” said Dow.
As a Deputy District Attorney, Dow has focused on prosecuting domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse crimes, including homicide where he seeks to bring justice for victims of particularly devastating crimes. He considers it a high calling and a privilege to serve victims while holding offenders accountable for their actions.
Dow and his wife Wendy have been married for 21 years. They have two children, Chloe, age 8 and Jedidiah, age 6.
